Soft Caramel Corn

Recipe:

1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Butter
1 C light Karo Syrup
1 Can Eagle Brand

2 Bags Microwave Popcorn

Put sugar, butter, syrup, milk in small sauce pan. Cook until boiling, lower heat and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.  Pour over popcorn, cool on wax paper.  Start snacking!!

I used Splenda Brown Sugar so only 1/2 cup and added a couple of handfuls of pecans.  It's pretty yummy stuff!!
