Chocolate-Peanut Butter-Oatmeal No Bake Cookies
2 cups sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c milk
3 T Cocoa
1/2 c crunch peanut butter
1 t vanilla
3 c dry old fashioned oatmeal
Melt together sugar, butter, milk, cocoa, boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add peanut butter & vanilla. Pour over oatmeal in a large bowl and stir til blended well. Drop onto wax paper, let cool. Cookies will harden as they cool. Makes 2 dozen (per the recipe I found, but I say on a good day--mine were kinda big and made about 14).
