In People magazine this week, there is a review that describes a book called 'The Wife's Tale' and describes the 5'6", 302 pound heroine as "a body weighed down by flesh and a spirit smothered by loneliness". I'm not 5'6" or 302 pounds but I feel exactly like that some days.
